Minimalist life is not a narrow life. Living spartanly in terms of 'black and white'. It is about a more relaxed and prudent lifestyle, which allows us to live in comfort and quality of life.
In recent decades, more and more people are choosing to live minimalist lives.
A trend that began already in 2020, with the cancellation and freezing of tenders for plots for private construction.
For a long time now, I have been wondering, between myself and myself, whether the decision makers in the State of Israel are consciously trying to shut down the architectural planning industry, and in particular the field of private construction?
Why is there no small mobile homes in Israel? In many countries in the Western world, people choose to live in a small mobile home or the foreign name Tiny Houses. Unfortunately, in Israel, it is not really possible to live in small mobile homes.
This is due to several interrelated factors.

In many countries of the world, people choose to live sparingly.
For various reasons. Some are ideological, some are economic, and some are related to different characteristics of their way of life.
In Israel, many people turn to me to find out the construction costs of tiny homes.
The main reason for choosing this way of life is in order to reduce the costs of living – the cost of living, and hence the costs of building the project.
But if I look at the construction budget costs of these types of projects, I'm not at all sure they're cheaper.
Following many conversations with families interested in building with easy construction methods, I have noticed that sometimes people do not really understand what this concept means.
This time, I deal with the issue of light construction more widely, and presented it as a whole.
I wrote the article in two parts, in order to make some order in this whole mess.

This combination is achieved through a design approach that is particularly sympathetic and considerate of the site and the environment in which the building is located.
This approach aims to merge the building and its natural environment into one entity.
Any construction method can exist in organic architecture, as long as the design relies on the planning principles of sustainable architecture – green architecture
