Designing private homes requires professional knowledge and experience and a lot of communication and engagement.
When it comes to professional knowledge and experience, I suppose these principles are pretty clear, but communication? Involvement? How do these manifest themselves in the process? And why did I choose to emphasize them?
A house at its base is designed to meet our existential needs with a kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathroom and toilet. But when we approach designing a private home from the ground up, we have the right and the possibility of planning it in a way that is precisely tailored to our way of life, our desires, hobbies, and our occupations. Architecture and interior design are intertwined

Are all architects also interior designers?
Architects are engaged in any type of planning and licensing, depending on the level of certification.
However, not all architects are engaged in interior design, out of personal preference flavors for them.
I can certainly say that interior designers who hold only a professional certificate (i.e. who are not architects) are prohibited by law from engaging in structural planning, but only in the internal division of the house space.
Moreover, construction additions are not possible because interior designers do not have the certification to perform licensing procedures.
Budget planning
In all of the firm's services, both architectural planning and renovation and interior design, I work in cooperation with a budgetary, who helps us plan, and to know accurately the amount of expenses to which we will be required.
